Before you
reach out.

Yes — that's exactly why Artfully Present exists. I take care of the website, social media, newsletter, and ongoing marketing support entirely, so you can stay focused on creating. You don't need to understand any of it for it to work. If you'd like to learn some basics along the way, I'm happy to walk you through things — but it's never required.

I'll read your message personally and get back to you within 3–5 business days. If it feels like a good fit, I'll suggest a free 30-minute consultation call — a relaxed conversation about where you are and what would genuinely help. No pressure, no sales pitch. After the call, if we decide to move forward, I'll send you a personalised proposal and a more detailed intake form so I can start getting to know your art properly.

No. One-time packages (like the Launch Package or Mini Audit) have no ongoing commitment at all. For monthly retainers like The Artfully Present Plan or The Full Picture, either party can cancel with 30 days' written notice. You're never locked in.

Absolutely. I'm based in Amsterdam but work remotely with artists all over the world — particularly in the US, UK, and across Europe. Everything is handled online, and time zone differences have never been an issue. All invoices are in Euros (€), with USD equivalents shown for transparency.

What you get &
what it costs.

The Mini Audit (€80 / ≈$85 USD) is a personalised review of your existing website and/or Instagram. You receive a short recorded video walkthrough narrated specifically for your situation, plus a written list of 3–5 prioritised fixes ranked by impact. It's the fastest way to go from guessing to knowing — without committing to a full package. Many clients book it first to get clarity, then move into a larger package afterwards.

All prices are starter rates, listed in Euros (€) with USD equivalents shown. Here's a quick overview:

Mini Audit — €80 / ≈$85 (one-time)
Launch Package — Refresh — €299 / ≈$320 (one-time)
Launch Package — Full Build — €450 / ≈$485 (one-time)
The Artfully Present Plan — €350 / ≈$380 per month
The Full Picture — €550 / ≈$595 per month
Add-On Hours — €120 / ≈$130 for 3 hours (existing clients only)

All prices exclude transfer fees, which vary by payment method. Full details on the Services page.

As Artfully Present is newly launched, I'm offering 20% off any package to my first 3 clients as a genuine thank-you for trusting me early. This isn't a gimmick — it's a real discount that locks in for the life of your contract. One spot is already filled, leaving 2 remaining. Once they're gone, standard pricing applies permanently.

Yes. The Launch Package — Refresh is specifically designed for this. I'll review your existing site, reorganise your gallery, improve your copy, tighten the SEO, and bring everything up to a professional standard — without starting from scratch unless that's genuinely the better choice. We'll discuss what makes most sense on the free call.

Both options are available, and we can find whatever balance works for you. Most clients prefer to hand it over entirely — which is completely fine. But if you'd like to understand what's happening or take over certain tasks yourself, I'm happy to walk you through things at whatever pace suits you. There's no wrong answer here.

After a one-time project, you can either take over management yourself or move into one of the monthly retainer plans for ongoing support. With a retainer, I handle regular updates, new content, SEO monitoring, and strategy — so your digital presence keeps growing without you having to think about it. Either path is completely valid depending on what you need.

How it all
works financially.

All invoices are issued in Euros (€) and are due within 14 days of the invoice date. For one-time projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder invoiced on completion or in agreed monthly instalments. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each billing period. I accept PayPal, Wise, and SEPA bank transfer (EU clients). Clients are responsible for any transfer fees charged by their payment provider.

I'm based in Amsterdam, so my business operates in Euros — but I always show approximate USD equivalents alongside every price so you have a clear sense of costs. The EUR amount is what's invoiced, and the USD equivalent is a guide only, as exchange rates fluctuate. Wise is a great payment option for US clients as it typically offers near-real exchange rates with very low fees.

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases. If you need to cancel a project mid-way, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to that point. For monthly retainers, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice, and any invoices due within that notice period remain payable. Full details are in the Terms & Conditions.
